how to release and cure social phobia
本次發(fā)病及持續(xù)時間:for 1 year
目前一般情況:not very frightened of people, but when I look at them, my eyes feel very painful because I inevitably put lots of tension in them. When there"re people around me, my brain can"t function normally
病史:I was isolated by my classmates for 3 years. After coming back to HK from my aunt"s home last summer holiday, I could feel I got the mental disorder. I was treated badly in her home.
以往診斷治療經(jīng)過及效果: take 20mg Cipram each day and see a psychologist once a month
其它:It"s now in summer holiday and I gotta find a job. However, I feel anxiety and my eyes feel painful whenever I am exposed to people or any social situations. I feel very depressed and I always think even if I go to hunt numerous jobs, the boss won"t employ me because he or she sees that I"m anxietyof people. I don"t know what to do and I really want to get rid of it.

Could you please suggest me some ways to cure it? I"m afraid of anything provided the ways really help and can finally cure me completely.如何治療社交恐懼癥？
